1. Genuine Documentation
- All legal, regulatory, and certification documents provided must be authentic and verifiable.
- Falsified, altered, or fabricated documents are strictly prohibited.
2. Accurate Representation
- Product images, service brochures, and other materials must accurately represent your actual offerings.
- Mislabeling, substituting images, or otherwise presenting materials in a misleading way is not permitted unless clearly disclosed.
3. Transparency
- Be open and honest about your organization’s practices, services, and capabilities.
- All claims must be factual and, where possible, supported by evidence such as certifications or references.
4. Prohibited Content
- Do not post misleading, unverifiable, or purely promotional content without substance.
- Content designed to deceive or misrepresent your organization’s credentials will be removed.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
- ITFA reserves the right to review, verify, approve, or reject submitted content.
- Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Temporary suspension from the platform
- Permanent removal from the directory
- Loss of associated privileges
6. Agreement to Uphold Standards
- By submitting your profile, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
- You acknowledge that maintaining these standards benefits the integrity and usefulness of the ITFA Directory for all members.
